Google Cloud Natural Language API processed research notes and meeting transcripts to extract action items and client sentiment. Looker dashboards provided RM-level performance analytics and leadership roll-ups. All AI insights were pushed back to Salesforce via MuleSoft, appearing in the RM console as next-best-action recommendations. Google Workspace integration enabled one-click meeting prep documents generated from BigQuery data.
