How We Solved It

AQBEE served as the lead Salesforce transformation partner for a phased, three-year programme. Phase 1 established the integration backbone — MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as the enterprise integration layer connecting all major systems, and Data Cloud as the unified customer data platform. Phase 2 deployed Sales Cloud and Service Cloud across all three divisions with a shared data model but division-specific processes, Einstein AI for lead scoring, case classification, and sales forecasting, and Tableau for enterprise analytics. Phase 3 introduced Marketing Cloud for cross-divisional campaigns, Agentforce for customer and employee self-service, and advanced Einstein GPT capabilities for sales productivity and service automation. Throughout the programme, AQBEE established a Salesforce Centre of Excellence with governance frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and a shared services operating model.
